HK Express cancelled several Taiwan flights scheduled for 23 October and moved selected services to 24 October because of Typhoon Champi.
The airline’s published disruption notice listed cancellations affecting its Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung routes. Other Taichung and Kaohsiung services were deferred to the following day.
HK Express said it was contacting affected passengers by email with information about changes to their travel arrangements.
For passengers covered by the notice, the airline offered free rebooking within its specified travel window or refunds for unused flight sectors, subject to the notice’s conditions.
Passengers should check their individual flight status and booking notifications before travelling to the airport. The notice concerns specified services originally scheduled for 23 October and does not establish that every Taiwan flight on 24 October is cancelled.
